By applying the priciple of Vinyasa krama - moving with stability and ease into a transformative practice we may beccome more integrated. ​

Yoga classes work with the intention of building both meditative movement awareness and a steady breathing practice.

i.e. By the use of breath we may use the pose  to get into the body, not the body to get into the pose!
